ABOUT THE FOUNDERPACE Scholarship Academy was founded by Certified Professional School Counselor, Melinda Mihlbauer. PACE Scholarship Academy provides comprehensive presentations to assist middle school, high school, college and graduate students through the scholarship preparation, seeking and achievement process. Counselor Mihlbauer has assisted thousands of students in securing scholarships to colleges and universities in multiple states, including her daughter who received 63 scholarships and 13 TRUE, full ride offers (no out-of-pocket expenses) to fund her college education! By working with Counselor Mihlbauer, students will be well prepared to meet the challenges of locating, completing and acquiring scholarships. Counselor Mihlbauer has assisted students in acquiring full-ride scholarships to schools such as Yale University, Clemson University, College of Charleston, University of South Carolina, South Carolina State University, Claflin University, Francis Marion University and Yale University. PACE Scholarship Academy provides comprehensive presentations to educate students on how to effectively utilize their grades, economic status, personal circumstances and extracurricular involvement to fill their financial gaps.
Students with the best grade point average and/or highest SAT/ACT scores are not the only ones who can win scholarships. Most scholarships are awarded to individuals who present the best preparation and organization. By attending one or more of our workshops, we will help train students to be organized and equip them with all of the tools and information they will need to meet the challenges of locating, completing and acquiring scholarships.
If a student aspires to understand/get started with the scholarship process, desires to win multiple scholarship awards, and/or needs help developing their scholarship essays, then we encourage participation in one or more of our programs/workshops. Students should not wait until the spring of their senior year to get started! PACE Scholarship Academy encourages students to begin as early as the eighth grade. The most successful scholarship applicants start early!
